Tom Marren is an associate in the firm’s labor department. His work focuses on representing private and public sector unions and their members before administrative agencies, in arbitration and grievance proceedings, and in state courts.

Professional History
Prior to law school, Tom represented low-income immigrants as a Department of Justice Accredited Representative at a nonprofit agency. Throughout law school, he volunteered for UNITE HERE Local 11, becoming committed to a career advocating for labor organizations and their members.
Tom also served as Deputy Chief Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law & Foreign Affairs. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, reading, and hiking.
