Richard D. Sommers, a graduate of Loyola Law School, is a widely recognized specialist in ERISA and employee benefits law. Mr. Sommers has represented Taft-Hartley Plans since 1972. He has lead our employee benefits practice in representing defined benefit pension plans, defined contribution plans, self-funded welfare plans, insured welfare programs, and apprenticeship and training plans.
