Michael E. Plank
Mike Plank is a labor and employment litigation associate with experience representing private and public sector unions in a variety of industries and settings.
Michael E. Plank graduated with honors from Harvard Law School in 2012. His professional experience includes representing unions in both the private and public sectors, and has involved litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, contract bargaining, and providing legal advice to union officers in the performance of their duties.
While in law school, he was a teaching assistant to Professor Lani Guinier, externed with the Employment Division of Greater Boston Legal Services, and worked in the community to organize tenants and homeowners against post-foreclosure eviction.
After law school, Mr. Plank clerked for the Honorable Judge A. Wallace Tashima on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal in Pasadena.
