Zoe S. Moskowitz
Zoe Moskowitz’s practice areas include the representation of private and public sector Trust Funds in a wide range of areas.
Zoe S. Moskowitz is a partner in the Employee Benefits Department. Her practice focuses on the representation of multiemployer and single employerpension and welfare benefit plans. She provides advice to plan sponsors and administrators on a wide variety of issues, including plan design and administration, tax qualification, fiduciary responsibilities, benefit claims, and compliance with federal and state laws affecting employee benefits plans, including ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, HIPAA, and the Affordable Care Act (health care reform).
Ms. Moskowitz received her law degree (J.D., summa cum laude) from Western New England College School of Law, where she served on the editorial staff of the Western New England Law Review. After law school, she worked as a Law Clerk to Chief Judge William J. Lavery of the Connecticut Appellate Court.
Ms. Moskowitz is a member of the American Bar Association and LosAngeles County Bar Association, and she has served as a contributing author and chapter co-chair to the ABA’s treatise on Employee Benefits.
