Henry Willis represents unions, individuals and benefit plans in both the private and public sector, specializing in appellate work.
Henry M. Willis, a graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley, has litigated a wide variety of cases in arbitration, administrative forums, and court, including federal and state court trials involving claims of employment discrimination, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, RICO violations, fraud and conversion, and retaliation against whistleblowers and union organizers. He is equally accomplished in appellate work, having won appeals in cases listed in the History portion of this website. Mr. Willis has also pursued collection actions for a wide variety of benefit funds over the past 30 years and has experience representing benefit funds and other creditors in Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Willis has written on violence in the workplace, defamation, immigration law, the Americans with Disabilities Act and other federal laws affecting Unions. He is also a member of the Nevada Bar.
